What is the Betty Bowen Award?

This juried award was established to honor Betty Bowen (1918-1977). an enthusiastic supporter of Northwest contemporary art. The winneris awarded an unrestricted cash prize of $15.000 to further their career.and a selection of their works will be exhibited in a solo exhibition at the Seattle Art Museum.

Who is eligible?

All visual artists working in Washington, Oregon, or Idaho.
