Community Arts Program (CAP)

Our quarterly Community Arts Programs (CAP) presentations are free to the community.  Join us for the next presentation scheduled for Tuesday, July 15^th at The Opal (12691 NW Dogwood, Portland, 97229) when we will feature Ruth Armitage, a well-known, local artist, teacher and juror. Ruth will present the ABC’s of abstract painting, jurying and how to know what to submit, as well as titling and pricing paintings. She will share her PowerPoint presentation.
