Please join me for this class.
Watercolor is fun and enjoyable. This class is a good way for you to take those first steps toward what will be a fun new expressive medium. It is also geared for painters who want to work on their wet into wet, liner brush and color theory skills.
We will paint the 4 feathers shown and several others.
You will go away with a real appreciation for feathers as an art form.
We will copy real feathers, make up feathers and I’ll give you a sheet on different patterns and color combinations.
No drawing skill is required. Anyone can draw a feather with my simple method.
I teach techniques not how to paint just one painting. My goal is for you to use these skills on your own artwork.
I’ve taught for many years in Arizona and Oregon. You need not be nervous; my classes are relaxed and fun. I laugh and have a good time.
I will send out a supply list after enrollment. I encourage you to use what you have. If you don’t have supplies, please call me before you purchase them. Your tools are important, and I’ve got a great list that will get you started, not break the bank and be something you’ll use for a long time.
