January Board Meeting and Master Planning Session

This is a combination event to be held Jan 9th at the Library meeting room from 12 – 3 pm. A brief Board meeting will include installment of new officers, year-end financials and any agenda items that need to be voted on. We will then officially adjourn the board meeting to begin the Master Planning Session. We will be working off the Draft 2023 Show & Events Calendar as well as the three (3) Goals & Priorities that each Team Coordinator has been asked to bring with them. Team Coordinators should try to meet with their teams for input and discussion prior to this session. No food is allowed and any beverages must be in covered containers.
