Gallery Assistants, you can now view all shifts that have been signed up for and those that are still open for the next couple of months.  Go to For Members and click on Resources.  Find “Gallery Assistants’ Schedule”.  This is updated every weekend.   You can’t schedule from here but, hopefully, will give you a view of what shifts are free.
