Happy Spring! 

What’s blossoming in May? We’ve got an exciting month planned, with a very special Saturday, May 11.  Stop by and make a Mother’s Day card at our free card-making event from 11 – 1.  Later, we’ll have our Art Chat and Reception from 3 – 5. (Go out for lunch and make an afternoon of it, maybe?)  Or, if nights are more your jam, learn something new – sign up for our Tuesday evening beginning watercolor class with Susan Pfahl.

All month, the Dollars for Scholars show will be on display.  This year’s event has received a record-breaking number of entries, so our walls should be overflowing with creativity from around the community!  (I can’t wait to see what the kids and the high schoolers make – that’s always my favorite part.)

Wonderful news…Village Gallery of Arts is a “Beaverton’s Best” award winner!  Look for the announcement in the Beaverton Times, and for an award banner hanging out front.
