Welcome to our new members!

Garineh Baghdasarian is an interior designer with teaching experience, tutoring elementary math, science, art, and adult painting. Her medium is oil and some acrylic. She was looking for an art family, came to the Tualatin Valley Creates networking event at VGA and decided to join.
Rachel Gering is a part time art teacher at One River School of Art and Design. Her specialty is glow in the dark landscape art. She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Art in Painting and Drawing from the Pacific NW College of Art.
Ana Roeszler!
Ana was selling her art at the Garlic Fest when a customer told her she should check out VGA. Ana did just that and decided to join!  Oil and watercolor are Ana’s mediums, and she specializes in floorcloths. We may be exhibiting art on the floor!
Ana has experience with writing grants and would be interested in helping VGA in that area as well as working as a GA.intings on reclaimed wood.

Asha Jagannathan was looking for a community of artists who learn from each other and generate a love for the arts in the community. Her mediums are oil, pastels, and digital art with a focus on 3D lighting and texturing. Asha is a freelance photographer and 3D artist whose ideal job would be in film and television.

Joshua Lacroute joined VGS on August 8, 2024. His medium is medieval art using illuminated manuscript techniques. Joshua is jumping right in and assisting with the Youth Volunteer Program!

Roya Mahjour owns Roya Beauty Lounge in the shopping area on the corner of Saltzman and Cornell Road. A customer told her about VGA. Roya attended the Tualatin Valley Creates networking event at VGA and joined that evening. As Roya says, she creates 2D, and 3D art and is looking to display her bronze sculptures, jewelry, and paintings in the Gallery.
